Dear Brazos Valley Pediatric Dentistry Families,
We hope that you and your families are in good health during this time. We know that this is a truly unprecedented and challenging time in our individual and global communities. With that in mind, we wanted to provide you with another update regarding the impact of COVID-19. In accordance with Governor Greg Abbott’s executive order issued on March 22nd, our office will only see medically necessary dental appointments from now through Tuesday, April 21st.
We will continue to have staff available to answer calls, texts, and emails. Please call our office if you have any questions or concerns about your child’s dental health.
If you are experiencing a true dental emergency after hours, please call our office at (979) 694-5200 as there will always be one of our board certified pediatric dentists able to provide assistance.
For our orthodontic patients, as always please follow instructions to take good care of your braces and keep them clean. As long as you do this, the only consequence should be a hopefully brief pause in your treatment progress. If you are wearing rubber bands on your braces and need more, call our office and we will make them available to you.
If you have a scheduled appointment through April 21st, our team will reach out to you to reschedule your child’s appointment. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences.
The safety and well-being of our patients continues to be our primary concern. We will continue to monitor the status of COVID-19 nationally and within our community and keep you up-to-date regarding our plans to reopen for business as usual.
